We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: • The product file is corrupted or fails to open • You were charged but did not receive the download link • The product description was materially different from what was delivered • Technical issues on our end prevented access to your purchase
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if: • You changed your mind after purchase • You downloaded the product successfully • The product does not meet subjective expectations • You purchased the wrong product by mistake (we can help with exchanges)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund: 1. Email support@primehubstore.com within 48 hours of purchase 2. Include your order number (starts with PHB-) 3. Describe the issue in detail 4. Attach any relevant screenshots We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method via PayU.
